TaDuler is an easy to use one-stop-shop application for scheduling appointments with certified local service providers, such as roofers, realtors, plumbers and painters, from the convenience of a personal computer, tablet or smartphone.
Well, we can’t guarantee it will change your life, but we do promise it will make it a little easier. TaDuler simplifies the process of booking local services by removing the search, taking away the guess work, and allowing you to book consultations on your timetable.

For Business
It means being a part of an exclusive group of local service providers, connecting with customers faster and easier than ever before. We’ll regularly send you “Opportunities” that you can either accept or pass on, depending on your preferences and availability. Take only the jobs you want, but take confidence in the fact that every opportunity you accept is more than just a lead—it’s a booked appointment with a motivated customer. TaDuler experts get more business, spend less time and money on advertising, and complete more jobs.
The first step is to contact us and we’ll set up a time for an initial interview. We personally meet with every expert in our system to get a feel for your business and experience. We’re a little choosy, and not everyone gets in, but if things go well and it seems like a good fit, we’ll ask for proof of insurance, licensing, and any designations or certifications pertinent to your industry. If that all checks out we’ll set you up with an account and start sending you business!

For Consumers
You can start the process from the top of our Home page, the Request a Consultation page, or by selecting any of the services listed on our Services page. If you’ve already created an account and signed in you can also start the process at any time from your Dashboard.
Hold tight. But not too tight. It often takes less than half an hour for us to match you up with the right expert. As soon as we do you’ll receive an email with the name and contact information of the expert you’ll be talking to. That’s it! Your appointment is booked. Your expert will generally contact you to confirm the appointment before they arrive, but if you’d like to contact them sooner, feel free.
If you don’t hear back right away, don’t worry. Sometimes it takes a little longer to find the perfect match. We’ll stay in contact so you know your request hasn’t fallen through the cracks.
In the rare event that none of our experts are available at the time you need, we’ll ask you to re-submit your request with alternate availability. This generally resolves the issue.

Most of the services offered through TaDuler require an in-home consultation to assess your needs, determine the scope of your project, and provide you with a quote before any work can begin. Some services can do this over the phone. We also want to give you the ability to book more than one consultation so you can compare experts and choose the one you feel most comfortable with.
There are plenty of directory sites that offer this. We’ve just never been convinced that they’re very accurate or reliable. Many of our competitors allow their service providers to pay for better ratings. And how many reviews have you read that seem just a little too good to be true? Who loves their roofer that much? The guy’s cousin, that’s who.
TaDuler is different. We’ve done the search so you don’t have to. We’ve narrowed down the city’s service providers to a select pool of qualified experts based on a stringent selection process. This saves you a lot of time and removes much of the guess work involved in booking a local service.

You won’t know until your request has been accepted. Because we’re matching you up with the experts in your area who are a) qualified to do the specific job, and b) available at the time you need, we won’t know who that is until both criteria have been met. As soon as we do you’ll be sent the name and contact details of the expert you’ll be meeting with. Our system is set up to make this a surprisingly quick process.
We personally interview each prospective expert to get a feel for their company and how they operate. We also conduct a thorough screening process to make sure all industry and government regulations are being met. Here are some of the things we check for:

If your consultation has already been confirmed and you’ve received the name and contact information for your expert, please contact them directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If your consultation hasn’t been confirmed yet, please contact us at support@taduler.com or 1-844-TADULER.

First, tell your service provider. TaDuler experts take great pride in their work and if there’s been an oversight or a mistake (experts are human too) they want to fix it.
Additionally, TaDuler will send you a survey to fill out about your experience, good or bad, we want to hear about it. Your feedback is critical to help us maintain quality service providers.

Yes. Some people would like to have another person, such as a spouse, notified when a consultation has been confirmed. You can do this by logging in to your account, selecting Settings, and clicking on ‘Add a Contact’.
You can add up to three different addresses to your TaDuler account. If you’re a property management company or an individual with more than three rental properties call us at 1-844-TaDuler. Once we know you’re not a malicious cyborg we’ll authorize your account to manage more properties.
